  Job Title : Executive-customer Support (payment & C-form Collection)

  Job Description :

>This position is on Contract Basis But Its Similar to Permanent Position . >Working Days: Weekly 5 days and monthly any of one Saturday 1. Experience in direct communication with customer for payment and C-Form collection (Tele calling) and interaction with customer for products delivery enquiry and confirmation. 2. Good communication in English and Hindi 3. Able to speak 70 to 100 calls per days 4. Good Knowledge on MS office, to input the comments. 5.Good E-mail handling skills. 6. To maintain Day to Day Activities.
