  Job Description :

The nature of the job and the tasks associated with it varies with the traits of the applicant. Broadly, the Sales and Marketing Executive post in Roboferocia can be described as follows: DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES 1) To Market the AQUACON WATER PURIFIER and WATER PUMP CONTROLLER along with other Automation related products, manufactured by the company. 2) To Manage the Marketing Assistants/Canopy salesmen/Door-to-Door Salesmen and other Sub-ordinates , if such a managerial role is assigned by the company at any time. 3) Marketing Roles are divided into DIRECT SALES,RETAIL SALES, INSTITUTIONAL SALES, DEALERSHIP NETWORK SALES,CORPORATE SALES,GOVERNMENT LIASIONING and BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT. The specific role assigned by the company depends on the Work Experience, Field of Work, Education, and overall Profile of the candidate. Typically, Beginners are assigned Direct Sales/Retail sales/Institutional roles. 4) To Conduct site surveys and Product Demonstrations at customer premises, as and when required. 5) To Provide Detailed Sales Report to the Higher ups on daily basis. RELATIONSHIPS : Relationships between you with other employees of the company depends on the marketing profile assigned to you.But Broadly, the relationship of a typical Marketing Executive with others are as follows: 1)Daily Reporting to the Marketing Manager. 2) Managing and conducting group campaigns with a Team. 3) Periodic Reporting to the Senior Management and/or Directors of the company. 4) Gathering/Compiling/Editing of Data, for Analysis. SALARY: 1) Starting Salary of the candidate depends on following parameters: a) Work Experience(in years) b) Field of Experience. c) Educational background. d) Presence of Preferred skills and competencies as mentioned above. 2) INCENTIVES : a) Quantitative incentives are given the Executive on selling more than a prescribed number of pieces. b) Qualitative incentives are given to the Executive, on the basis of Profit Made by the company in every order. c) Performance Linked Pay is given based on the overall performance of the employee. d) Allowances such as TA/DA, Petrol Allowance, Mobile Allowance e.t.c are also given.

CORE SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:Persuasiveness, Dedication, honesty, Negotiation skills, Strong and effective communication, Data Interpretation skills, Basic Computer operations.PREFERRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES(These skills will make you more likely to get selected by us):1) Command over Hindi and English.2) Strong-Hold at MS OFFICE package and Basic Computer Skills.3) Effective Presentation skills.4) Business Management abilities.5) Leadership skills and Team Management Skills.6) Graduation in Engineering stream.7) MBA from a reputed college.
